bright or dull?

I am rubbish at editing photos. I can never decide if they look better pumped up or de-saturated... thoughts?

    It's a tough call, I really like them both, because they each portray a different mood...

    Well I have some others to post but i don't know whether to use the bright or dark. You have to pick a side!

    I think I like the bright one better as it is colourful and vibrant. I like de-saturated photos of scenery and object.
